Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe
Ingredients
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup softened butter
1/2 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 pieces raw eggs
1 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
Cooking Procedure
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2.In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, salt, and baking soda. Mix well and set aside.
3.On a separate mixing bowl, put in butter and beat. Gradually add both sugars while beating.
4.Add-in the vanilla extract and eggs (one piece at a time) while beating.
5.Gradually add the flour, salt, and baking soda mixture and beat until all the ingredients are well mixed.
6.Put-in the chocolate chips and chopped nuts. Fold until the chips and nuts are well incorporated.
7.Arrange parchment paper in a baking sheet. Scoop and drop the mixture on the parchment paper. Note: try to press the mixture a little bit to make the cookie flat. This will also give you room if you want to place extra chocolate chips on top of the cookie.
8.Place inside the oven and bake for 7 to 9 minutes.
9.Remove from the oven and place in cooling racks.
10.Serve. Share and enjoy!

Purpose Your Day: Most Important Task (MIT)
Source: http://zenhabits.net/purpose-your-day-most-important-task
I’ve mentioned this briefly in my morning routine, but I thought I’d explain a little bit more about MITs – Most Important Tasks. It’s not an original concept, but one that I use on a daily basis and that has helped me out tremendously.
It’s very simple: your MIT is the task you most want or need to get done today. In my case, I’ve tweaked it a bit so that I have three MITs — the three things I must accomplish today. Do I get a lot more done than three things? Of course. But the idea is that no matter what else I do today, these are the things I want to be sure of doing. So, the MIT is the first thing I do each day, right after I have a glass of water to wake me up.
And here’s the key to the MITs for me: at least one of the MITs should be related to one of my goals. While the other two can be work stuff (and usually are), one must be a goal next-action. This ensures that I am doing something to move my goals forward that day.
And that makes all the difference in the world. Each day, I’ve done something to make my dreams come true. It’s built into my morning routine: set a next-action to accomplish for one of my goals. And so it happens each day, automatically.
Another key: do your MITs first thing in the morning, either at home or when you first get to work. If you put them off to later, you will get busy and run out of time to do them. Get them out of the way, and the rest of the day is gravy!
It’s such a small thing to implement, and yet I’m raving about it like it’s a huge revelation. But it is. Sometimes small things can make big differences. I highly recommend you give it a go.

10 Stomach Flattening Tips
1. Walk/jog for 30 minutes at least 3 times per week to boost your metabolism in order to burn that fat.
2. Eat a small handful of almonds (at least 6) every morning. Almonds are one of the healthiest snacks you can eat and the protein is good for burning fat.
3. Purchase a Pilates DVD and do the exercises at least 2-3 times per week. Pilates works on toning your entire body with concentration on your powerhouse (middle section) and will improve your flexibility.
4. Add fiber to your diet and cut down your intake of the bad carbs. Foods such as white bread, pastas, potatoes, and white rice should be limited. Eat brown rice and whole wheat bread instead. To get that needed fiber increase your intake of fresh fruits and vegetables (especially the leafy green ones).
5. Drink skim milk instead of whole milk. Keep your dairy intake at a minimum because these products often cause bloating and gas.
6. Perform proper crunches at least 3 times a week to train your abs. Avoid sit-ups because they really do very little to firm your stomach. Sit-ups work your hip flexors more than anything else.
7. Drink plenty of water. You should be drinking 6 to 8 glasses per day. Not only will it help fill you up so you eat less, but it aids in digestion.
8. Stop eating within 3 hours of bedtime. If you have to munch on something, eat a small portion of vegetables or fruit. Not eating late can make a huge difference.
9. Eat smaller meals more often instead of 2-3 big meals per day to keep from having that bloated look and feeling. Eating more meals actually kicks up your metabolism.
10. Take a break from healthy eating once in a while and treat yourself to your favorite dessert. If you completely deprive yourself of the foods you love you'll run the risk of going back to your bad eating habits. Moderation is the key.
